Submission Guidelines for Authors

Universal Academic Publishing welcomes original and unpublished research papers, conceptual frameworks, review articles, case studies, and book reviews for consideration in our forthcoming academic journals. All submissions must align with the aims and scope of the respective journal.

Submission Instructions

General Requirements

Originality: Manuscripts must be original and not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Language: All submissions must be in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English.

Anonymity: To facilitate a blind peer-review process, please ensure the main body of the manuscript does not contain any identifying information about the authors.

Manuscript Format

Manuscripts must be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing, and justified alignment.

All margins should be set to 1 inch (2.54 cm).

The manuscript must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.

Manuscript Structure

A complete research paper submission should be organized into the following sections:

Title Page: This separate document should include the full title of the manuscript, all authors' full names, ORCID id, affiliations, email addresses, and a designated corresponding author.

Abstract

The abstract should concisely summarize the objectives, methodology, results, and implications of the study (200 words maximum)

Keywords: At least six keywords that accurately represent the content of your paper.

Introduction: Provide a clear background for your research, discuss need for the study, and summarize your paper's purpose.

Literature Review: A critical analysis of existing research and scholarly work relevant to your topic. The literature review should include recent works on the area and set the pretext for the entire study.

Methodology: Detail the methods used to conduct your study, including a clear description of the data collection and analysis techniques. For secondary data, source should be authentic and mentioned explicitly.

Results & Findings: Data analysis using appropriate statistical tools should be done in this section. Present your findings logically and clearly, using figures and tables where appropriate. Figures and Tables should have numbers, name and source. Tables and Figures should be numbered separately, e.g. Table 1, Table 2, Figure 1, Figure 2.

Discussion: Interpret your results in the context of the objectives and discuss their implications.

Conclusion: Summarize your key findings, their significance and their implications, and suggest areas for future research.

References: All in-text citations and the reference list must follow the APA 7th edition citation style.

Manuscripts that do not comply will be returned for revision before review.

Plagiarism Policy

All submissions must be original and free from plagiarism. Manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software. A similarity index of less than 10% (excluding references and quotations) is required for consideration. AI similarity should be 0 %.

Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.

Authors are notified of the initial editorial decision within 4–6 weeks of submission.

Revisions (if required) must be submitted within the specified time frame provided in the decision letter.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors should provide the copyright of their work to the publisher. Copyright form will be sent to the author after the paper is accepted for publication.

Publication Fee (if applicable)

Details regarding Article Processing Charges (if any) will be mentioned on the respective journal's web page. Waivers may be available for scholars from low- and middle-income countries.

Ethical Considerations

By submitting to Universal Academic Publishing, authors agree to abide by our ethical standards. This includes ensuring the originality of their work, proper citation of all sources, and the avoidance of plagiarism, data fabrication, or falsification. All authors are expected to have contributed significantly to the research and manuscript preparation. Any conflicts of interest, funding disclosures, or ethical approvals (if applicable) must be clearly stated.
