Fee Refund Policy
The journal follows a transparent and author-friendly fee policy. Authors are required to make payment only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. The amount paid by the author is treated strictly as Article Processing Charges (APC), which are applicable solely towards editorial processing, peer review management, and publication-related services.
There is no separate publication fee charged at any stage of submission or review. Since the APC is collected only after acceptance and covers processing services already rendered, the fee is non-refundable once paid.
This policy ensures ethical publishing practices and safeguards authors from any financial obligation prior to acceptance.
